Self contained unit attached to main house with own entry and private garden. Queen size bed in main room with small room adjoining with single bed and tea and coffee making facilities,fridge,microwave,toaster. NO kitchen. En-suite toilet, shower and wash basin, adjoins little room. Original art works by Caroline Colman and Mac Betts. Sit outside and enjoy the views of the hills and our beautiful WA birds (magpies, galahs,parrots,wattlebirds,wrens, honey eaters etc) The space Avon River close by and its only a 10 minute brisk walk over the bridge to Toodyay where great coffee and breakfasts can be enjoyed. Also evening meals available from both pubs. IGA- 7am-7pm daily Take away near by. Great walk trails and historical buildings and specialty shops down the Main Street. Pet friendly. One single bed in small room (no pullout mattress) Guest access Studio sign is on Harcourt street, drive up off the kerb and park in front of the double black gates which is your entrance. The front garden is fenced in with two side gates leading to Caroline’s garden. Other things to note There is ducted evaporative air con and ceiling fan in main room. No aircon or fan in small room.
