Guest access You have the Entire house. A little more 1825 sq ft inside plus a nicely covered back porch, front porch, and carport. Can enter house directly off carport which is great for rainy days. Other things to note Discounts are available when you have fewer guests and don’t need or use all three bedrooms. The other Dogwood listings (Dogwood-1 and Dogwood-2) include these discounts. You simply pay less when there are fewer guests and some of the bedrooms are not needed. The Dogwood House is never “shared”.
