Spacious open floor plan with electric fireplace. Covered back porch with great privacy, fire pit area in back yard & attached carport. Guest bedrooms have queen beds. Great location for those visiting family, on business or just a relaxing getaway. 1 adult/guest must be 25 years old to book this house. The space 3 parking spaces with 1 covered Amazing backYard view. Large yard with almost 1 mile of walking trails on the property. Blueberry bushes ripe for the pickings when in season. Internet upgraded May 2026 to High speed Fiber!!! Guest access You have the Entire house. A little more 1825 sq ft inside plus a nicely covered back porch, front porch, and carport. Can enter house directly off carport which is great for rainy days. Pool access is at owners home next door: * No Diving * 8am-8pm With walking access only * Sunday through Thursday only * Only a September feature added Sept 7, 2026 * pool only access - hot tub not available * Sport pool: 4 ft shallow end to 5ft deep end NO DIVING * Volleyball and basketball available * Misc toys available - Items under Stairs are Not available * No Diving Other things to note Discounts are available when you have fewer guests and don’t need or use all three bedrooms. The other Dogwood listings (Dogwood-1 and Dogwood-2) include these discounts. You simply pay less when there are fewer guests and some of the bedrooms are not needed. The Dogwood House is never “shared”.
