This luxury Penthouse comprises 2 bedrooms and alcove - flexible sleeping options give you the ability to choose a mix of king, queen and king single beds. If booking within 3-weeks: only the default bedding will be set in the property. All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied. Guest access Access to all of our properties is via a coded door (or coded lockbox) The code will be sent via SMS on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Before the day of your arrival, once we have received your completed guest registration information, you will receive all relevant arrival information & directions via email. Other things to note Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit and signing our lease agreement via digital upload. Kosciusko National Park Entry Fees Apply - All vehicles entering the Kosciuszko National Park are required to have an entry permit displayed on their vehicle and can be purchased either online or from the Snowy Region Visitors Centre in Jindabyne, Cooma, Tumut or Khancoban.
