Hello and good day, I am Zamri b ismail @ emzoy, I am a degree holder from university Putra Malaysia , bachelor of engineering (Hons) . My apartment is a studio apartment , hotel like environment , 10th floor which is top of the building ,closed to the lift and is a corner lot which is slightly bigger than other studio unit , privacy , walking distance to the famous balok beach, mini team park , sauna, gym , just 11km to kuantan town , 30 km to cherating and 15km to teluk chempedak. The space The unique about my place is , near to the lift easy access, corner lot which is more privacy and at the top floor tq Guest access Guest can easy access the beautiful balok beach just walking distance . Swimming pool and team park, at the ground level . Sauna and gym at the 5th level Other things to note Bring suitable attire for swimming , no cotton cloth are allowed
