Clean and comfortable main bedroom with full bathroom inside the room. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. I enjoy sharing high-end, white, cotton, or linen sheets and duvet covers with guests. Settlers Landing is beautiful, quiet, and woodsy, with breathtaking shoreline vistas. The home is located east of the Northwest Harbor area of East Hampton—within walking distance to the scenic Three Mile Harbor shoreline, where wildlife is abundantand and one mile from Sammy’s Beach. The space This listing is for a cheerful primary bedroom with a private full bathroom inside the room—a quiet, clean, peaceful environment with a pool nestled in woodsy Settlers Landing. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. I am a goldsmith, and in the afternoon only, there may be a 1-on-1 jewelry-making class in the living room. Your comfort is essential—a queen-size bed with white cotton or linen sheets, cotton duvet covering a down feather quilt, and down feather pillows and white cotton towels. The bedroom and bathroom are clear of any host personal items, so everything you see in drawers and cabinets is for your use. Some of the amenities provided are iron with a portable ironing board, a mini fridge, a K-cup coffee maker, coffee, milk, and sweetener, a hair dryer, dishes, flatware, cups, a first aid kit, a portable fan, AC, wifi and cable TV with HBO. Extra down feather quilt and extra down feather pillows. Ear plugs if birds chirping at dawn might disturb you—two liters of complimentary bottled water. Three-night minimum. Two-person maximum occupancy. Walking distance to Three Mile Harbor shoreline and over 500 acres of Nature and Wildlife Preserve. Beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches are a short drive away. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Note on photos of interiors: The lens of my iPhone camera may create the impression that the rooms are more elongated than in actuality. For example, the image of the central living room may appear to have more depth than it does. I am the landscaper. My property is low maintenance and rustic. Guest access Private bedroom with queen-size bed and private bath. Decks, living room, pool and property grounds are welcome common areas. K-Cup coffee/tea maker and half-refrigerator in the room. Two liters of complimentary bottled water, k-cup coffee/tea, sweeteners and milk. Coffee mugs, cups, dishes, bowls, and utensils are provided. There is no microwave or toaster oven. Cable TV, HBO, wifi, and AC are included. Tables for enjoying your meals are in the main room and on the front and back decks. Kitchen/outdoor grilling is not available. During your stay Notice to returning guests: Suffolk County has implemented a 5.5% Hotel occupancy tax on my listing. And it is necessary to raise my prices a bit since my bills have increased. I try to remain as affordable as possible. Thank you for returning, and I hope to see you this year. Greetings, My cleaning preparation for guests has always been diligent, and I am now embracing Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol: * All surfaces and floors are washed and disinfected between the arrival of each guest. * Bed sheets and towels are soaked overnight in water, detergent, hydrogen peroxide, and baking soda. A little white vinegar is added as a fabric softener in the rinse cycle. * I run two Molekule air purifying systems in the basement. They use ultraviolet light to kill bacteria and viruses. Again this year: I have set up self-checkin; it is located on my listing. The front glass sliding door will be open for you. If, for some reason, I am not home and the door is locked, the key will be in the lockbox to the right of the door. You will be sent a code. There will be written material on the desk (or in the desk drawer) with info on where to find things (keys for the bedroom door, coffee, towels, etc.). Before arrival, I will text you a virtual welcome video, so you can see the set-up. There is a large black trash bin to the right side of the back deck if you would like to place your trash away from your room. I love meeting and greeting guests and will say hello when I see you. I look forward to hosting you and for all to enjoy a safe and healthy summer. The private bedroom has a private bathroom and is the only occupied bedroom on the west side of the house. Another bedroom may be occupied on the other side of the main central living room. If you want to book two bedrooms, the east room is listed under Bright, Clean, and Cozy Private Room with Pool. https://www.airbnb.com/h/hamptongem During your visit, I want to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Your privacy is important to me, and I try to provide an unobtrusive visit, yet I am available to assist with anything you need.
