The single room is located in a quiet and cozy apartment, but close to the best clubs of Milanese nightlife, and the new suggestive riverfront of the Darsena. The apartment has a nice terrace, which you can enjoy in the warmer months. In the apartment there is a large terrace, which you can enjoy in the summer. You can enjoy silence and tranquility, or choose to immerse yourself in the heart of Milan's nightlife in a few minutes on foot. The spacious terrace allows you to enjoy relaxing moments, especially in the warm months. I will be present in the house, available for emergencies and needs. In the immediate vicinity you will find: grocery stores, greengrocers, pharmacies, newsagents, tobacconists, pizzerias and places for all tastes where you can eat and spend pleasant evenings (live music, places to dance, happy hours, theaters, Arci clubs). Walking 15 minutes you will find yourself on the new Darsena, enchanting along the river where you can walk, eat, listen to music, in a suggestive atmosphere. The area is well served. Tram 3 will take you directly to the historic center of the city, in about 20 minutes (Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, Sant'Ambrogio, Brera, Parco Sempione). The green subway, Famagosta stop, is a 5-minute walk away and will take you comfortably to the train stations of Cadorna (10 minutes), Porta Garibaldi, Centrale, from which you can take vehicles to the Milanese airports (Malpensa, Linate, Orio al Serio). Bus 95 will take you to Rogoredo metro and train station (line 3 - yellow) from which the main trains to central and southern Italy depart. The apartment is on the fourth and top floor of the building, served by an elevator. Guest access Guests have access to their room, kitchen, bathroom, and of course the terrace.
