It is recommended to inform us in advance if your planned departure is outside the standard check out time. Please allow us 10 minutes to check the unit. Higher prices will apply on holidays, weekends, etc. Any lost, damaged, stained or missing items will be charged to the renter. While now currently have a regular WiFi/internet. Booking alterations are allowed atleast 1 month before the booking date. Please wash all used plates, utensils, pans, etc. No smoking. In case of power outage, please refrain from lighting candles inside the house. Fire hazard. There are some rechargeable lights in the house. No extra pillows, bed sheets, blankets, etc. Turn off or remove plug of unused appliances. No parties and pets allowed.
