The house has been restored for a comfortable stay, but also reflects traditional details. The house has a terrace where you can sit and work with a magnificent view of the Izmir Bay. The house is only a 5-minute walk from the beach, Konak Square, the Clock Tower and the bazaar. The space Our neighborhood, often called 'Varyant' by the locals, is part of the historic old city. Our neighborhood is located on a small hill famous for its magnificent sea and city views overlooking the city of Izmir. Despite being so close to the city center, it has a small village atmosphere. There are no busy roads in the area, there is very little traffic. There are usually one or two-story houses and small streets. In recent years, the old Izmir houses in our neighborhood have been restored and the region is slowly regaining its historical identity. You can enjoy our breakfast service and sip your morning coffee between 08:00 and 10:30 on the terrace floor of Büyük Konak, which is located two streets away from the iconic Stone Houses. Our terrace floor, which we serve as a cocktail bar between 7 pm and 11 pm, provides a unique experience for all our guests. You will definitely experience something special in our neighborhood and still be in the heart of the city. Guest access We have three independent houses next to each other in this location. The houses have a shared terrace with sea views and a large shared garden. Our guests staying in one of the houses can use the terrace and garden. If you wish, you can enjoy our paid breakfast service on the terrace floor of our other mansion (Büyük Konak) between 08:00 and 10:30, and you can enjoy the sunset in our cocktail bar, which is open for service between 19:00 and 23:00. • Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly forbidden from entering our cocktail bar. • Check-ins are made by reservation, please contact us to make a reservation. Other things to note The area called Varyant, where the houses are located, consists of sloping roads. However, there are free, secure parking areas next to the houses where you can park your vehicle. Our beautiful garden, equipped with flowering trees, is animal-friendly. As you can see everywhere in Turkey and especially in Izmir, you can see many stray cats and dogs in this region. They are harmless.
