There's a jacuzzi, barbecue facilities, and the garden is ideal for pets. The space Villa Mina is located in the residential area closest to Belcekız and Kumburnu beaches in Ölüdeniz. Therefore, it is 2 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot to the beach. Even when the region is busiest, it is quite easy to reach the seaside. Villa Mina is also located at the starting point of the historic Lycian Way. Sunrise and sunset walks to be made at the foot of Babadağ, accompanied by pine forests, meet the serenity, magnificent air and view that guests expect from the holiday. Villa Mina is a 3-story villa with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, each room carefully designed, with a private pool and garden, using stone and reinforced concrete together. Thanks to the air conditioners in all rooms, guests can adjust the temperature in every room of the villa according to their wishes. The first floor, which opens directly to the garden and pool floor, offers a cool and comfortable area where you can relax with the mountain and sea air on hot summer days. In addition, the first floor, which has a large bathroom and a 2nd kitchen, can be turned into a living space for our elderly guests who do not want to use stairs. The middle floor of Villa Mina has the largest terrace of the house, a living room, a large bathroom and the main kitchen. Thanks to the direct passages from the main kitchen, where all the kitchen utensils are available, to the terrace, guests can set up their dining tables without any difficulty, while also enjoying the uninterrupted mountain and sea breeze even at the hottest time of summer. On the top floor of Villa Mina, there is a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a double master bedroom, a third bedroom where two people can easily stay in single beds, and a large bathtub bathroom for these two rooms. This top floor also has a charming terrace with sea views. This terrace is a very special spot where guests can drink their morning coffee and experience the serenity of the location before starting the day.
