Rental unit in Anna Maria

Looking to stay on the beach, my place is LITERALLY steps away. Imagine waking up every morning with the crystal white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico at your doorstep. Put on your bathing suit and walk out of the apartment and into the Gulf waters! The space Looking to stay on the beach, my place is LITERALLY steps away. There is no need for a car as we are centrally located near all the unique shops and the most popular restaurants. Everything is VERY walkable. We are one block/street away from Pine street where you will find everything you need. The upper unit sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms. one bedroom is a California King and the other has a queen bed. Open floor plan with kitchen and living room. Large deck off the living room with a view to the beach. There is a washer and dryer in unit. There is one parking space for private parking in the back. Additional Info: The building has two apartments, one down and one up.. The floor plan is the same for both units, 2 bedroom and one bath. Both units have a washer and dyer and a private deck. One space for on site private parking . No commercial vechicles, Van's, oversized cars or trucks or trailers are allowed. Split week rentals not available. Check in is on a Sat or Sunday for weekly rentals. Jan , Feb, and March are monthly rentals only. Guest access Your rental gives you private access to your unit, beach furniture and patio. There is one on site parking space per unit. Other things to note All properties on Anna Maria charge a 7% sales tax and a 6 % resort fee tax. Airbnb only collects the sales tax. The resort tax of 6 % is payable to owner at checkin. We do not do split weeks . check in on sat or sundays for weekly rentals and the1st of the month for monthly rentals.. Jan thru March is rented monthly only. Minimum age requirement for primary renter is 25 . Children are allowed , but we do not supply baby beds etc . Smart tvs are in unit. Standard cable.
