With a large in ground pool available for guests, everything is here for a short or longer holiday and to enjoy all the local area has to offer. 8 minutes to the Maryborough CBD and 25 minutes to Hervey Bay beaches The space Queenslander Lydia has a beautiful and spacious indoor area, full of quiet history and beauty in the interior style of that era with open living lounge, dining into kitchen area A place to enjoy a country setting overlooking the pool for your use The 2 main bedrooms are separate and private and there is one side single bedroom Fully equipped kitchen including oven, fridge, cook-top, toaster, microwave and kettle. Basics in the pantry include teas and coffee and sugar Quiet roads make for a great afternoon or early morning stroll. A downstairs laundry and separate toilet as well Enjoy your stay in Lydia Guest access The main entry is stairs at the back of the house which enters the lounge area There are two verandas to relax on morning or evening with the sound of bird life and among a few gum trees The whole house is for you when you book to stay Undercover parking for 2 vehicles. Other things to note We do not allow personal pets while you stay We have quiet roads with morning and evening light traffic of those going to and returning from work We are semi rural. It is pleasant and relaxed and surrounds are quiet and peaceful and local bird life is a pleasant evening and morning sound. You will need your own car to go to town Maryborough is 8-10 minutes to Post Office or local supermarkets Hervey Bay 27-30 minutes.
