Top Floor Suite with Private Bathroom and Terrace

Hello and welcome to the beautiful sunny city of Singapore! I am pleased to be your host. Our lovely home is 3 floor and the 3rd floor is a penthouse suite with your exclusive landing area, room, bathroom, and a private terrace that overlooks the estate. You have the entire top level of the home to yourself exclusively. The space We are located in the private and peaceful estate in Mariam Way Tampines with a park outside our home. Our home is a short 10 minute drive from the airport (about a $12 taxi ride). Bus 29, 3 minute walk away, takes you to the Tampines East station in 3 stops (about 7 min journey), or directly to Tampines Mall where there are 3 mega malls. 5 min walk away are private shuttle buses to the Central Business District hotspots like Marina Bay Financial and many others. Bus 53 (5 min walk away) takes you to the airport directly. 5 min walk from home is a petrol station that offers affordable car rental by the hour (GetGo car) that you can return to various points in Singapore. We are near Changi Business Park where banks like Standard Charted, OCBC, some tech firms etc… have their offices. We are also near the Airport, Changi General hospital, Pasir Ris beach and the popular tourist food district of Changi Village where there is a boat harbour that takes you to the nearby islands. Nearby schools include SUTD, the United World College and Overseas Family School, and some Polytechnics and Junior Colleges. 400 meters walk away are 2 supermarkets (Ace and FairPrice), Chinese, Indian, and Malay restaurants (meals $3-8), Coffee Bean, Toast Box, medical clinics, Gym. There are large commercial malls within a 10 minute drive (or a 20 minute public transport) from our home, this includes Jewel Changi, Tampines Mall, Tampines One and Centaury Square. Grab Car services (the Singapore equivalent of Uber) in Singapore are inexpensive and a run to those places would cost about $7-$10. Guest access While you have exclusive use of the top floor of the home, Guests are also free to chill in the Living room, Garden and Dining room downstairs. Light cooking is allowed in the large kitchen downstairs. During your stay We are delighted to assist with your stay, or leave you to your own private schedule. We have hosted folks from all over the world and know moving to a new country can be stressful. Other things to note By Singapore Law, a minimum of 3 months booking is required. Longer leases available are welcome for suitable tenants. Our home is open for folks in various circumstances: those waiting for home renovations, expats coming to explore Singapore, student interns, those waiting for HDB purchases, those transitioning in life etc… Utilities, wifi, aircon, weekly maid cleaning, washing machines, use of the large kitchen appliances all included in rent.
