The studio has a full bathroom and kitchenette with full size refrigerator, mini oven, microwave, double induction burner, coffee bar, toaster, blender and rice cooker. There's a queen bed and a tri-fold futon underneath the bed. The studio has cold A/C, ceiling fan and a stand fan, smart TV, hair dryer, and cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella, BBQ.. The studio has everything you could possibly need just like a normal house. You will be supplied with enough complimentary household supplies to give you enough time to settle in but you will need to replenish your stock from the grocery store. The bed is very comfortable and gets compliments from pretty much every guest. Tastefully decorated, the room has a large dresser, 2 very comfortable large leather chairs and small details here and there that will bring Hawaii to you when you're inside as well as outside. There's a nice size deck with a shaded table and 4 comfortable chairs and a grill for you to enjoy some nice outside meals. We have installed a sound studio quality acoustic barrier and drywall to ensure privacy. t's the same material used in professional studios and it's 17 sheets of drywall pressed into 1. You may hear kids playing outside in the same manner you would hear a neighbor's distant sounds. Guests have their own private parking and entrance to the studio. We live on the property with our kids and normally are available to meet and chat with all our guests, however, we’ll be spending some time on the mainland and may not be available to meet you in person during your stay. There's a bike path right in front of us that can take you as far as Mokuleia beach. We're 10 minutes from Waimea Bay and 45 minutes from the Honolulu airport.
