The house is located on the first floor of the house, it can accommodate 8 people with a living room, bathroom and kitchen. Outside the house there is a barbecue area, porch, garden and lawn with a swimming pool in summer. It is ideal to enjoy with family, friends or as a couple. The space Atalaya House is a fantastic rural accommodation located in the upper part of the Concud district, on a private plot of approx. 3000m2 with several shade trees and green areas where you can enjoy moments of fulfillment or simple comfort. It is important to note that you will enjoy wonderful and unique panoramic views of the valley and the mountain, as well as the city of Teruel with maximum tranquility and privacy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is only 6 km or a 10-minute drive from Teruel, which makes it very attractive for families who want to visit Dinópolis or Albarracín. The house is located on the first floor of the house, and consists of a living room with balcony, integrated kitchen, large bathroom and a total of 4 bedrooms, Poniente, Cierzo, Levante and Solano, all of them with independent temperature control and 3 of them with attic ceiling. Poniente is a room with a double bed and is oriented to the west where you will enjoy spectacular sunsets. Cierzo is the smallest room, but also the most cozy,  it consists of a double bed, it has a north orientation but in the summer season you will be the envy for its pleasant temperature. Levante is the most spacious with two single beds. It has a fresh and young atmosphere in which you can be the first to see the sun rise over the entire city. Solano, also with two single beds, faces south, where you will enjoy the sun from the bed all day, and what about the nights with a starry sky... unique charm of the house's surroundings. Outside the country house you can enjoy a barbecue area, porch area, beautiful garden and large lawn area with a swimming pool only available in July and August, from where you can enjoy wonderful views.
