On the outside of the house there is a barbecue area, porch, garden and grass with pool in summer, it is ideal to enjoy as a family, with friends or as a couple, of new construction and extraordinary environment with stunning views. The space Atalaya House is a fantastic rural accommodation located in the upper part of the pedania of Concud, with several shaded trees and green areas where you can enjoy moments of fullness or simple comfort. It is important to note that it will enjoy wonderful and unique panoramic views of the vega and the mountain, as well as the city of Teruel with maximum tranquility and privacy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is just a 6kms or a 10-minute drive from Teruel, which makes it very attractive for families who want to visit Dinópolis or Albarracín. The house is located on the first floor of the house, and consists of living room with balcony, integrated kitchen, large bathroom and a total of 4 bedrooms, Poniente, Cierzo, Levante and Solano, all with independent temperature control and 3 of them with attic roof. Poniente is a room with double bed and it is facing west where  you will enjoy some spectacular sunsets. Cerzo is the smallest room, but also the most cozy, it consists of a double bed, it has north orientation but in the summer season you will be the envy for its pleasant temperature. Levante is the largest with two single beds, there is a fresh and young atmosphere in which you can be the first to be the first to see the sun rise from the whole city. Solano, also with two single beds, has a south orientation, in it you will enjoy the sun from the bed all day, and what to say of the nights with a starry sky... unique charm of the environment of the house. On the outside of the cottage you can enjoy a barbecue area, porch area, beautiful garden, and a large lawn area with a pool only available in July and August, from where you can enjoy wonderful views.
