This apartment has a private entrance,two bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. In the western style room there are double bed and the Japanese rooms sleeps three people so in total 5 people can stay. The apartment is located in the quiet residential area of Uzumasa which is known for being used as the background by Toei and Shochiku Film Studios. This area boasts both nature and history. It is easy to get to Arashiyama from here making it great for sightseeing. The space Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and Bedroom 2 can accommodate up to 5 people with futons laid out for 3 or more people who make a reservation. The bed in bedroom 1 is a double bed. The first two guests will share one bed. If you would like an additional futon, there will be an additional charge of 1,000 yen per day. We have prepared the necessary kitchen utensils, tableware, and detergents such as shampoo. And, although it is only on the balcony, we have installed an ashtray so that you can smoke! The room is Non-smoking. You can smoke at the balcony only. There is a paid parking lot for one car. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it.
