The wooden interiors are authentic mangalorian architecture. Be hosted by an elderly couple and enjoy the authentic Manglorean breakfast. The space Common area on ground floor (living, dining, bathroom and kitchen). Guest get their private area upstairs (3 bedrooms, one attached bathroom and one common bathroom, common area, balcony). On request, a fourth bedroom on the ground floor can be made available (see listing for 4 bedrooms). Enjoy your chai on the veranda overlooking the front yard or amongst the coconut trees in the backyard. Other things to note Please note: All rooms are on the first floor. 2 rooms have AC and ceiling fan. 1 room has only a ceiling and standing fan (no AC). Breakfast included. Kitchen not accesible. Parking available in front of the property. Dog on property. One upstairs AC room has an ensuite bathroom. The other two rooms have access to a western bathroom on the first floor (shared with other guests). One of the upstairs AC rooms has a sofa cum bed that can be used for 2 additional guests against additional fee. Besides the joint dining, living and veranda on the ground floor, guests can enjoy the mezzanin area with sofa and balcony. We have 3 AC bedrooms and 1 room without AC.
