The space Our tiny house is conveniently located an easy 1 hour drive Southeast of Dallas and about 1 hour drive West of Tyler. Our tiny house is close to Mabank and not far from Canton. This makes our tiny house a great place to stay when coming to spend time at Cedar Creek Lake, or at First Monday Trade Days. Guest access The tiny house is next to our private lake and area around the lake is accessible for walking / hiking. Guests enjoy walking down the long driveway and sitting around an outside fire, next to the lake. Other things to note The county roads that lead to the tiny house are very bumpy and rough. The tiny house driveway is at the end of bumpy rock road. It is a very natural setting. There are lots of different East Texas wildlife that you may see while staying at our tiny house in the woods.
