YOURS Homes is where you will feel comfortable and close, natural and airy because the homestay is simply designed in combination with local natural materials. YOURS is only 5 minutes from the sea by walking and 8 minutes to the center by motorbike, located right on the coastal road connecting to the attractions in Phu Yen, so it is very convenient for you to move around. The space The home has 2 floors: the ground floor and the first floor. So you can easily move by stairs, the home does not use elevators. The home's original capacity is 20 people. A total of 8 bedrooms, including 6 single rooms, 1 double room, 1 dormitory. Single and double rooms have their own wc in the room, dormitory rooms use shared wc. In case your group exceeds the standard capacity, there will be an additional surcharge of 100,000/person/night. Free for children under 8 years old. The home has a kitchen and basic utensils for you to cook. Home always has a housekeeper on duty to assist you, so renting the entire home does not give the key to guests. The home is located on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street with 2 lanes, so there is convenient 2-way car parking. Around the area you can easily go to: - Ward 7 Market (450m) - Pharmacy (500m) - Convenience store (200m) - Coffee shops and food shops (300m - 600m) - Vincom ( 600m) Guest access * ROOM All rooms have filtered water, toothbrushes, shampoo + shower gel, towels, hair dryer, air conditioner, rooms on the 1st floor have internet-connected TVs, home irons are also provided when you request. * KITCHEN Home has a kitchen and basic utensils for you to cook. Home also has a dining table and chairs for you. If you need to organize a party, let us know to prepare tables and chairs for you. Home has a kitchen cleaning service after eating for a fee of 200,000 to 500,000. Of course, if you clean the home yourself, we will not charge this fee. * LAUNDRY Home has laundry service at 100,000/load. One wash up to 1 basket of 10kg of clothes. * MOTORBIKE RENTAL Scooter rental price: 150,000/day Manual motorbike rental price: 120,000/day * FREE CAR PARKING Other things to note - According to Vietnamese law, you must provide us with a photo of your passport/ID card to register your stay with the competent authority. Otherwise, we have to decline your booking request. - Smoking: Smoking is only allowed outside the home or on the balcony. - Pets: Not allowed. - Party: You should have a party in the kitchen, in front of the balcony/yard, skylight. No parties in the room, please. - Please clean up the common area after using it for the next user. - No noise after 11:00 p.m. - To prevent fire and explosion, please turn off all electrical appliances after leaving the room. - Drugs, stimulants, laughing balls, prostitutes, weapons, marijuana and strangers who have not registered with the receptionist are strictly prohibited. DAMAGE REPAIR You will have to pay compensation if causing the loss, damage, loss of property and equipment of Homestay. The compensation amount will be calculated DOUBLE the market price of a new product of the same type. If you violate the Homestay rules, we will ask you to pay a fine corresponding to the violation.
