This two-story Florida waterview villa features casual, open floor plans and charming seaside cottage interiors. Indulge in your ideal Marathon resort getaway while you relax in the spacious first floor living room with comfortable, over-sized seating surrounding a 42-inch flat panel TV and a cozy dining area nearby. Upstairs bedrooms feature fanciful painted furniture with sumptuous bed linens. French doors on both levels lead to spacious porches with 180-degree waterfront sunset views. Spacious master bedroom with king bed, walk out balcony overlooking the beautiful bayside waters of the Florida Keys. Second bedroom with a Queen bed and third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are located on the second level upstairs. Master Bath has double sink vanity with stand up shower. Guest bath is shared with two guest bedrooms and has single vanity with shower/tub combo. Other things to note Dockage has a maximum limit of 31' Length overall for your boat. They will not allow longer boats. If you choose to bring a pet under 25 pounds you may, but you must notify us in advance. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $255 for one pet. Please note that you are required to sign in acknowledgement of several important notices and rules you must abide by during your stay with us within 72 hours of reservation. In addition, Monroe County regulation requires you to provide the names and ages of each occupant as well as information on your vehicle(s) and/or boat at least 48 hours prior to your stay with us and before you are permitted access to the premises.
