Get together in St Leonards on Sea

A one of a kind house built in 1926, with wooden floors and a grand staircase. It’s private, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The large rooms lend themselves to family and friends gathering for a break at any time of year. All the home comforts for a relaxing break + off road parking. Enjoy coffee/tea in the morning sun on the terrace while the children sleep or play on the lawn in the fully fenced garden. 15 min walk to the seafront and the interesting shops/eateries of St Leonards. The space It's a beautiful house with wooden floors throughout and a grand staircase. The furniture is an unfussy, eclectic mix of old and new. The lounge, dining room and garden can easily accommodate 10 people. The four bedrooms are simply furnished with blackout blinds. We can accommodate extra children if sleeping in with parents. There are 2 small single beds that can be moved to suit your needs eg. a child in with mum and dad or 3 children in 1 room. The bathrooms have been recently refurbished and there's a downstairs loo. There is a baby bath, step stool, potty and toddler loo-seat should you need it. The dining room with open fireplace is lovely for a celebration meal, either takeaway or cooked in the separate, well equipped kitchen. On rainy days or after dinner there are plenty of board games to play. The lounge has a log burner and is arranged for conversation but you're welcome to move the TV with Firestick to a more watchable position. There's a terrace and fully fenced large garden, mainly lawn. Guest access The house has a main front door and a back door to the fully enclosed garden. There is enough off-road parking for 3 cars. Other things to note The house is in a quiet residential location. We can sometimes host more than 8 people if it's children sharing parent's bedrooms. This was our family home and now we look after everything here and have our office/studio in the side annex. We share the main gate to the house and you may see us coming or going.
