At Borgo Solario we have 4 apartments of this type, with 1 bedroom. Those 4 apartments are on ground floor, in rustic tuscany style living room with furnished kitchenet, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and private and independent entry. The property has a 360° view over the valley and down to the Trasimeno lake. Garden with common pool in summer and play ground. MAX people 2, no kids under 12 years old. The space Cozy atmosphere, interior ceilings with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, wooden furniture, italian marble on the kitchen, all you will need for a relaxing and pleasant holiday. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, a moka pot for making coffee, a four-burner stove, a double sink, and an undercounter refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, and oil are not provided. Supermarkets are nearby. In the apartment, you'll find hand and body soap for the shower, dish soap with sponge, toilet paper, sheets, and towels. Pool towels are not provided. Common area with garden tables and chairs overlooking the sunset and the surrounding landscape. Guest access You will have your independent apartment with WiFi in every room and outside terrace. You can enjoy the wonderful swimming pool in summer with an astonish view where we have a cozy common room looking the swimming pool with children room and the possibility to have breakfast (7 Euro per Person and day in summer only, to bee booked one day before arrival). Breackfast service is not alvays available please ask before booking. Other things to note A perfect Lake Location (the view is on Umbria landscape on one side, and Tuscany on the other. The beautiful Trasimeno Lake with the tree island can be reached in 7 min by car). In Castiglione del Lago you can rent a bike and follow the trail around the lake.
