However, you can always enjoy the 'chill out' terrace located on the rooftop, which is accessible to the 6 double-room studios integrated within the building. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated. The space This bright studio has everything you need for a pleasant beach stay. The apartment consists of a room with a double bed (135cm), a full bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen-dining area that provides access to a private balcony overlooking Rio Street. Guest access Guests can access our rooftop "chill out" area to enjoy fabulous views of the sea and the castle (COVER PHOTO). Similarly, the washing machine is also located on the roof and is for shared use. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. In accordance with the current legal regulations, this apartment will be considered a “vivienda turística” for stays of 10 days or less. In this case, the provisions of Decreto-ley 9/2024, de 2 de agosto, del Consell, which amends the regulations governing tourist accommodation, will apply.
