Separate laundry room to clean clothes and dry them. Each room have private bathroom, toilet. 1 additional toilet near the kitchen. Total there are 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms in the villa. Very comfortable for a big group. 50 m2 patio seafront view to enjoy relaxing outside moments and bbq gathering with a kitchen full utensils furnished. Free parking.
