A quiet resort style mid-rise 2 bedroom condo unit, in-between malls and airport. Convenience store and laundry shop available at the clubhouse and playground for kids and poolside veranda view. Parking available for additional Php 200/Day, short and long stay allowed. The space Free wifi at the clubhouse, cable tv, basic kitchen for cooking, 5 fresh towels, hot and cold shower Guest access Others like ktv, pool, gym, game room and billiard has minimal fee Other things to note Pool and fitness gym available at the clubhouse. The unit is prepared for 5 pax only. I got 2 beds, 1 Queen size bed at Masters Bedroom and 1 Double deck at the Guest room. 3 blankets 5 pillows. The unit though can accommodate 6-7 pax sharing the same bed. You just need to add up additional pax in the system paying only 500/pax. Pls be reminded to bring your own toiletries and towels.
