The high speed internet connection is strong and reliable. The bathroom features a shower (sorry, no tub). There is a two floor walkup to the apartment from the street level. The layout of this apartment is a true 2BR. You do not need to walk through anyone's bedroom to get to the bathroom or the kitchen/living room. Each bedroom has a separate door to the common area making this layout is ideal for two couples traveling together. Free street parking in a lot two blocks away, including overnight. Daytime downtown street parking in the summer is metered. There is no balcony attached to the apartment but you may use the private outdoor tables and chairs on the waterfront side of the building. This is a dog friendly apartment. There is an additional pet cleaning fee of $100 if you bring your dog. You'll have the entire apartment all to yourself. There is also metered parking available on the street during the summertime. No overnight street parking in the winter due to snow plowing.
