Hollyhock Vineyard's Cute Cottage

Immerse yourself in the vineyard lifestyle. Hollyhock Cottage has a nice sleeping/sitting area, kitchenette, extra large bath, lawn and outdoor area. Please note: from June 2025-June 2026, our vineyard has been ripped out and we are in the process of replanting. While the view might look a little different, we’re still surrounded by our neighbor’s stunning vineyards. Guests are invited to enjoy a free tasting of our wines at Midpoint’s tasting room at the Bottle Shop in downtown Paso. The space Hollyhock Cottage has its own lawn and garden space right in the center of our vineyard. Enjoy the views and immerse yourself in the vineyard lifestyle. Convenient to wineries, restaurants and town, yet still rural and quaint! This studio has a new Tempurpedic Queen size mattress. A 3rd person can sleep on the pull out couch for an additional fee. Hang out in the sitting area, or eat at the table. Includes a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, Nespresso, refrigerator, & 1 burner hot plate. It even has a propane BBQ for cooking up goodies to complement your wine tastings! Large bathroom with shower/tub and large closet. Walk the vineyard and check out the amazing 360 degree views. We have a bocce ball court outside, and books and games in the cottage to keep you busy! Please note that Hollyhock Vineyard is a working vineyard, and we are surrounded by farms. While the unit is thoroughly cleaned after each guest, unfortunately that does not always keep all the dust and bugs from getting in. It is also possible you might hear rural sounds such as tractors, pigs, goats, horses, cats, dogs, frogs, owls, bugs, and other animals during your stay. For these reasons, this property is not like staying at a hotel, but we hope this adds to the charm of vineyard living for our guests. The property is a working vineyard containing 8 acres of mature Grenache and Mourvedre vines. All grapes from our vineyard are currently supplied to Tablas Creek for inclusion in their Patelin line and recently won Double Gold for the Grenache Rose. Tablas Creek was recently ranked #1 winery in the country. We allow dogs as long as you are respectful of the property and other guests. The property houses an original farm house and an additional cottage that are both listed on AirBnB. Feel free to book all three listings for a family or group getaway and have the whole vineyard to yourself! -- "Hollyhock Vineyard Windmill Cottage" -- "Hollyhock Vineyard's Farm House" Guest access There is a community Bocce Ball Court, fire pit, and BBQ that are shared with the other two cottages, ample parking, and you are welcome to peruse the vineyards. At the top of the hill is a bench and a great spot to open a bottle of wine and enjoy the views. Feel free to pick from the many fruit, olive, almond, and walnut trees on the property. Other things to note There are certain holiday and event weekends that require a 3 night stay: Zin Fest weekend in March, Wine Fest weekend in May, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day, Harvest weekend in October, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sheets and Towels are provided. Kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils, glasses, Nespresso, and a hot plate.
