Quiet Adelaide Foothills Area

2 night minimum. Queen size bed and living room in private wing of our home. Separate entrance. Continental breakfast included, own bathroom. Kitchen space has a toaster oven and microwave but not full kitchen. Quiet location, , 20 minute walk through leafy streets to railway station. 20 min drive to Adelaide city. No smoking anywhere on our property please. The space Our home in the hills of Adelaide overlooks a large forested reserve of land that has walking trails throughout. We are located on a no through road so it is very quiet with little traffic. There is off street parking. Good air conditioning. We have security cameras by our front door for our and your safety. As our children have grown and left we have separated one end of our home for guests. You have a separate entrance and private area of a bedroom and living room. There is a bathroom with separate toilet and shower/bath. WiFi is included . Our home is not pet friendly but we do have two cats of our own who are not allowed in that wing so will not cause any allergy issues. We enjoy meeting people and you will find us to be hospitable and friendly but your privacy is assured if you don’t wish to have any contact with us, we are happy to accommodate your needs. We both work outside the home. Rodger is an avid fitness buff, cycling, swimming and running daily. I enjoy painting. As our space is non smoking, we kindly ask that you respect that. There are good facilities nearby. Just a 15 minute walk through leafy streets to the railway station, less time to the bus stops or a short 20 min drive to the city centre. An outdoor children's park is within walking distance. It is a thirty minute drive to the McLaren Vale Wine region or a twenty minute drive to Brighton Beach. There is a great selection of food stores and restaurants a short drive away. We are in the midst of many walking and biking trails. Just a few minutes drive to Belair National Park, Craigburn Farm and Sturt Gorge. Guest access Access is via our side door. Through the laundry which is also where what you will need for breakfast is provided etc Other things to note We have two cats so our home is not pet friendly.
