If you're in town for business, fun, or both just 15 mins drive to d-town & to all major attractions, including Churchill Downs, UofL, 4th St. Live, Museum Row, Kentucky Center for the Arts, Actors Theater, YUM Center, the Louisville Zoo, D-town Waterfront Park, NuLu & the Highlands/Bardstown just to name a few. Plus exceptional restaurants. Airport is 15 mins. Major expressways 71, 264,64 and Gene Snyder few mins away. The space Spacious updated 2 bedrooms/2 full baths second floor condo end unit with 1400 sq ft, two smart TVs with local channels. I also would consider longer stays just inquiry with a message a discounted price. If you come during Derby week and desire a private driver I can arrange at an additional cost for all your transportation. Plus could my driver stock the refrig. Just call in advance the groceries for driver to pick up and take to condo.Minimum of 3 nights during Derby Week with a price increase. You can call me anytime I will always be available. Fire stick and a Roku used TV's with my hot spot on phone. Have a radio with record player for music and a speaker uses a blue tooth for other music as well. . Guest access Limited parking. Park in drive way and there are a few assigned parking for a guest. Other things to note I use only my hot spot for all internet access. Works super.
