The room is air-conditioned for optimal comfort even in summer, as is the living room which also has a sofa bed. A garage is available. The space Nestled in a green setting and without any overlook, it offers a relaxing environment, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The neighborhood guarantees absolute calm, while being a stone's throw from the sea and the beautiful beach of Pradon. The house has two pleasant outdoor spaces: - a large wooden terrace for your meals and moments of relaxation in the shade, - an upstairs solarium with a lovely sea view. Sleeping arrangements: - On the ground floor, the bright living room is equipped with a double sofa bed and a single bed, allowing to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. - Upstairs, an air-conditioned bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed for children. - A bathroom is also upstairs near the bedroom. The kitchen, overlooking the terrace, is fully equipped to prepare your meals independently. A private garage is available to facilitate parking. ⚠️ Note: access to the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because of the external stairs of the residence + internal stairs to go to the room.
