The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe! The space There are three entrances to The Little House. Two access the courtyard, the third is through the garage, with access to your getaway space up one step beyond your car. The Little House is the original garage, transformed into a studio. It's attached to the main house double garage. It's not huge but definitely has everything you'll need for a short stay! The main space contains a king size bed, an excellent double-sofa-bed (suitable for small children or one adult), wardrobe, ottoman/coffee table, small dining table/chairs and tv unit. Through the sliding door, the space houses a functional kitchenette, fridge, washing machine and shower. The toilet is in its own room, adjacent to the shower. It's a quirky set up but it's very functional. The Little House is really built for two, but we have the sofa bed in case you need it. That's charged at an extra $20 per night. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made if required. A microwave, electric skillet, double hotplates, toaster and kettle make up the kitchenette appliances so you can certainly make a meal! Guest access The gardens. We love to see guests enjoying all of the main garden areas. There are plenty of places to sit and relax dotted about the property. The space we call the Beer Garden (right outside your French doors) has outdoor furniture that you can use. It’s a big area and occasionally we might be using the area closest to the big house. Got Foxtel, microwave, portable hot plates, electric frypan, fridge, cupboards and prep-space mean one could heat a meal or, indeed, cook a meal in the kitchenette, please remember it's not a full kitchen - but a bit more than you'd get in a great motel room. Give us a call if there's clarification of any kind required. Other things to note We have a ewe who calls the backyard home. Please be sure to close all gates on the property. Back o' the Moon has been an award-winning private garden back in the day. It's set among great stands of firs and cypress, and impressive hedges enveloping three discrete gardens: Italian, French and the Rose Garden set among parterres.
