Sea Captain’s Quarters

Our Seafarers Quarters are tucked into a more private area of our beautiful Flower Cottage. This space is gorgeously decorated and cozy. Lovely outdoor garden spaces and deck with table and chairs for an enjoyable morning coffee space. Roque Bluffs State Park is just up this very road with sandy beach, hiking trails and fishing harbor with wharf. This is a Maine paradise. Other things to note I also require a full security deposit, which will need to be paid directly to me before you can take occupancy. Even though Airbnb says they insure you, they don't really cover everything so I do require a security deposit. Of course, if there is no damage to the unit, or fees incurred, the security deposit is refundable. From sunset Friday to sunset Saturday is my Sabbath. Any check-ins scheduled for a Friday must be before sunset, and any check-ins on a Saturday must be after sunset. There is a $200 per month heating surcharge for the months of Oct. through April.
