The whole truth about this typical Venetian apartment-studio (read as well the notes at the end!!): it is very small and located on the ground floor, so unfortunately it is not very bright. But you'll have to be out all day and to return only at night to sleep, it is not so?! The location is fantastic, reached quickly walking from Piazzale Roma (5 minutes) or from the train station (10 minutes), in a beautiful area of Venice, a few steps from Campo Santa Margherita, one of the widest and most brilliant places in town, where there is a supermarket. There is also a bread, cakes, food and coffee shop at few steps :-) Also you will be in 3 minutes at the Monumental Church of the Frari, and from the end of our Calle you can see the Scuola Grande di San Rocco. It will reach Rialto and San Marco with a short walk (or you can take the vaporetto to San Tomà, few minutes walk). You will find EVERYTHING you need for a fantastic, romantic and cheap holiday in Venice: a well equipped kitchenette, with 4 burner gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle; a king size bed, really comfortable; a new bathroom with large shower, soap, shampoo, hair dryer; towels and bed linen; air conditioning, wifi (FIBRA 1000). With this price can you ask for more? Look at the pictures and BOOK!!
