The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village. The space Sky lights in the roof make this upstairs a light and airy space. A comfortable bedroom sleeps two. Electric heaters keep it cosy and warm. The open plan kitchen area offers a microwave, hob and all utensils you might need to make self cater possible should you choose. All you might need for breakfast is provided and there's ample coffee, tea and milk provided. The living space has two sofas, Smart TV Netflix and WiFi. It's very tranquil and private with plenty of bird song to listen to in the mornings. Guest access You have the entire upstairs flat to yourselves. No one lives below you - it's simply the carpentry workshops. The Garden Flat is at the end of the garden. On arrival you will find the accommodation via a shared and private drive which some guests may find narrow to drive down. There is the option of either (safe) on road or the option of off-road parking space outside the flat. Other things to note The Garden Flat is accessible via the kitchen garden with a small step. There is a flight of stairs (with a handrail) to the flat.
