Express Towers - City Apartment

An elegant, cosy, comfortable and fully furnished large apartment with two air-conditioned bedrooms in a quiet and gated apartment complex in the heart of Kochi city. We provide short term rentals only for groups and families who have marriages, events, studies, healthcare visits and other appointments in Kochi. The space Internet: WiFi is available. Living Area: Fully furnished living room and dining room (with a large circular dining table that sits six) with a small common balcony which has a wash basin. The apartment has uninterrupted water supply and electricity (the apartment complex also has its own backup generator) as well as free Guest WiFi. There is a clothes iron with a stand in the utility area. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric and gas stoves. The kitchen shelves have various cooking utensils, vessels and cutlery as well. The washing machine and clothes drying area is in the utility space adjacent to the kitchen. There is also a small bathroom in this area (used by the cleaning staff). Sleeping Area: 2 Bedrooms (air-conditioned) x Queen bed Both bedrooms come with queen-size beds, large wardrobes, ceiling fans, dressing mirrors, clothes stands, clothes baskets and attached bathrooms. Both bedrooms can be locked from the inside. Both bathrooms have the latest modern amenities, 24/7 running water and are equipped with water heaters. Cleaning: Bedsheets, bed covers and pillow cases will be washed and replaced every 2-3 days by the cleaning staff, free of charge. The apartment will be dusted, swept and mopped once every 2-3 days. Garbage collection is daily. Food: We will replenish the kitchen with drinking water, fresh milk, tea packets and coffee powder on an as-needed basis, free of charge. For other food requirements, please use online food delivery services such as Swiggy, Zomato or utilise the apartment kitchen cooking facilities available. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas - living room, dining area, bathrooms, bedrooms, balcony, kitchen and utility room.
