Contemporary villa with swimming pool in the Gers

Our villa is our main home. We rent it during our absence to make it available to the vacationers wishing to recharge their batteries in the countryside. The house is 155 m2 habitable including: An entrance, a large living room, an open kitchen overlooking the living room, a lingerie room, 1 toilet, a 1 st bathroom (shower + bathtub), 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 floor with a bedroom, a bathroom + toilet. Outside you will find a large garden with games, a swimming pool and a summer kitchen!
