There is plenty of seating for everyone, as well as a 6 seater hot tub to relax in. THE LAYOUT Ground floor Kitchen/Dining/Living Area: A space that works perfectly for groups, providing a convenient layout that allows you to be sociable and cook at the same time. There’s plenty of room to move about in, plus ample worktop space, including an island. With state-of-the-art kitchen utensils you’ll find everything you need to make your catering as convenient and pleasurable as possible during your stay. The dining area seats ten comfortably and has full length windows to take in the view. The living area with a 75" wide smart screen TV, comfy sofas and chairs have full length windows offering views across open fields. Bedroom 1: Sleeps three in three 3' zip and link beds (two can be converted to a 6' bed on request), and an en suite luxury shower room. Bedroom 2: Sleeps three in three 3' zip and link beds (two can be converted to a 6' bed on request). Bedroom 3: Sleeps four in four 3' zip and link beds (can be converted to two 6' beds on request). Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a luxury large shower room and wc. There's a key safe with code entry - leave key in safe on departure. Other things to note All single zip and link beds are provided with single duvets; if converted to king size beds we will supply double base sheet, along with single duvets Babies are welcome (one travel cot and one highchair available) Due to our insurance policy, we are required to ask for the approximate ages of all guests. The property is suitable for hen and stag parties, family holidays, group stays, and corporate events. The minimum age of the primary guest making the booking must be 30 years or over. Guests will have complete privacy and exclusive use of the cottage for the duration of their stay. A refundable security deposit of £300.00 is required. This must be paid separately 7 days prior to arrival and will be returned within 72 hours after departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
