THE LAYOUT Ground floor Kitchen/Dining/Living Area: A space that works perfectly for groups, providing a convenient layout that allows you to be sociable and cook at the same time. There’s plenty of room to move about in, plus ample worktop space, including an island. With state-of-the-art kitchen utensils you’ll find everything you need to make your catering as convenient and pleasurable as possible during your stay. The dining area seats ten comfortably and has full length windows to take in the view. The living area with a 75" wide smart screen TV, comfy sofas and chairs have full length windows offering views across open fields. Bedroom 1: Sleeps three in three 3' zip and link beds (two can be converted to a 6' bed on request), and an en suite luxury shower room.
