It consists on a bedroom with double bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a very nice little terrace to enjoy the warm nights of Ponta Delgada. Guest access Cosy Flat is located on the first floor. The access, made through stairs, is exclusive to our guests. Other things to note Take care of the house as if it were yours. Please do not smoke indoors. There is a terrace where you can be more comfortable smoking your cigarette. Do not disturb the neighbors and do not make much noise after 10:00 p.m. The house is small and not suitable for parties but has enough space to invite one or two friends for dinner.
