The space newly built house. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and separate toilet. we also teach dance lessons from our garage studio. near to many features in the area. 5 minutes drive to supermarkets, cafés and shopping area in upper hutt. as well as 10min walk to wallaceville train station. During your stay once here can either ask me in person or text is fine too. Other things to note important household information. as it is a brand new house : * we prefer no shoes inside * no eating in the bedroom * no feeding the pets anything apart from their petfood (as they can get sick easily) without approval. * kitchen must be kept clean and tidy. * anything spilt is to be cleaned up straight away and any permanent stains or damaged areas are liable for fixing. * no visiting guests without prior approval.
