NOTE: - For bed linen and towels, an additional €25 per person is due on site - Minimum stay in the main season (summer / New Year's Eve) 5 nights The space The luxurious and exclusive Bauhaus-style Amalie park villa, surrounded by old trees, offers its guests the highest quality of living in a prime location. Numerous shopping facilities are within walking distance. The Binz pier, the beach promenade with its many restaurants and cafes, as well as attractive boutiques invite you to stroll. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is just a shell's throw from Villa Amalie. A private beach chair is available to our guests free of charge from May to September (beach section 7-8). From our furnished terrace it is less than twenty meters to the in-house outdoor pool, which is open from June to September. The spacious apartment, furnished with attention to detail, is located on the first floor of the house and can accommodate a maximum of of 6 people. The 103 square meters are spread over a large living room with high-quality equipment with an integrated, modern designer kitchen and adjoining dining area. The hallway leads to the guest toilet, as well as to two separate bedrooms. From here, you can go directly to your own bathroom. A fireplace and underfloor heating ensure cozy comfort in the colder seasons. The technical equipment includes three flat-screen TVs, a stereo system, a Wii game console and Wi-Fi access. The high-quality island kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Jura coffee machine, fridge/freezer and other kitchen aids. Via a car lift you can reach the underground parking space belonging to the apartment. Two bicycles are available for you in the lockable storage room. For the little guests, there is a large playground with great playground and climbing equipment right behind the villa. Guest access As a guest, you have access to all areas of the apartment, the underground car park and a bicycle storage room. In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment also includes 2 trekking bikes and an additional beach chair on the terrace. Other things to note From the end of May to September, our guests have their own beach chair at Binzer Sandstrand free of charge. The in-house outdoor pool is open from June to September.
