Winter months are also enjoyable with moderate average temperatures. (Although some surprise storms have happened every 10 years or so) As you enter, there is a queen sized bed and side tables with easy-access USB charging ports for your devices and high end dimmable lamps for your reading. On the side there’s a full closet with drawers to layout your clothes and stay organized, iron and ironing table also can be found. The living area has a full size Crate&Barrel sofa-bed and a 40 inch, adjustable, wall-mounted, flatscreen television with Netflix, Amazon, Disney, ESPN+ and Hulu for your entertainment. You can also enjoy the Bose wireless-bluetooth speaker inside and outside. If you are here for work, we provide an adjustable personal desk and G-Fiber 2Gigabit fast Internet for zoom meetings or browsing. Feeling hungry? A full kitchen awaits with stainless steel appliances, natural gas stove, microwave and other small appliances, including a Nespresso-cappuccino/espresso machine with supplies for your morning or afternoon coffee time. Also, you can order in from several restaurants at a walking distance. Feeling thirsty, we provide a few drinks and also the fridge provides filtered and cooled drinking water. For an end of the day, have a seat by the ample windows for dinner or setting up to work from "home" for a while. Guest access Ample street parking is available in one of the most safe neighborhoods in the US. An access code can be used to lock-unlock the door, or you can use an old-fashion key available. You can enjoy the apartment and its deck or hang out in the back yard in the open area, great grass and under the Edison lights or enjoy a walk or run in one of the friendliest neighborhood in central Austin. For your security and insurance purposes we have NEST cameras throughout the front and back yard.
