One Fabulous Room is a beautiful private studio apartment and courtyard nestled within a fabulous Italianate building. We are only a short walk from the beach and river. Where you can swim, surf, fish or canoe. There a wonderful cafes and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. The studio is furnished in an antique romantic style. Furnishings have been collected from around the world. The space One Fabulous Room is a perfect romantic getaway or a nurturing experience for a single guest. We have a private courtyard that you can relax or dine in off the studio. Guest access The neighbourhood is very safe and easy to get around. We are only a 5 minute walk from the river and beach. If you have a car its best to park in the laneway next to our building. Avoid the yellow lines. One Fabulous Room is located at the rear of the building on the ground floor. The keys are located in the lockbox. You will have your own private access. You will have also have your own private courtyard off the studio apartment. Other things to note Please Note- One Fabulous Room is situated on the corner of Park Street and Balum Lane. Balun Lane was previously called Mullumbimby Lane. Registration details Exempt
