The unit has its own private garden entrance with thoughtful details and quality construction throughout. The space This rental is well suited for someone seeking comfortable accommodations for longer than a typical hotel stay situation. The space is 860 sq. ft. with spacious rooms and includes a bonus office/gym room. Large eat-in kitchen with new tableware, tools and appliances. Cotton sheets and towels, very comfortable mattress with luxury topper. Some paper products and soap provided at check-in only. Guests may use the shared laundry machines in the boiler room, accessible through the apartment’s back door. Guests have use of a patio area adjacent to the apartment entrance. PLEASE NOTE: The ceiling height in the unit is 7’ 2”. Because we are on a steep slope and have outside stairs, this property is not suitable for someone with mobility issues. This is a terraced property with 21 steps to climb from street level (photo) then 2 steps down to the apartment entrance. The neighborhood is residential and quite hilly. It is a steep downhill walk to the Metro-North station. Dining and grocery options are not easy walking distance. We recommend having a car, using Uber, or other form of transportation. We strongly believe you'll be impressed by the comfortable space we've created and furnished.
