You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (please ask for prices). The sofabed is already included for a reservation made for 3 people. If the reservation is for 1 or 2 people and you wish to use the sofabed, an added charge of 20 € will be asked. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a team member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits being scheduled for this purpose.
