Take time out in our 3* rated, well-equipped ground floor apartment in the Normandy countryside - with a lounge/diner, double bed, shower room, washer/dishwasher/microwave/oven/hob and French/UK TV. The property has wifi. Shared heated pool and private Outdoor spa from April until October and outdoor space to relax and dine in. We are well placed for Western Normandy and Eastern Brittany, with Mont-St-Michel ~1 hour away. There are shops and a restaurant nearby. The space The apartment has a lounge/dining room/kitchen, one bedroom and a shower room. In the kitchen we have washing machine, dishwasher, full oven, four ring hob and microwave. Outside, your gite has a private seating area where your own hot tub is located (open April to end October/All Saints Holiday). The covered/heated pool is also open from April to end October. It can be used in Winter but is not heated. Patio furniture provided. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor with step free access. Parking is available within 10 metres outside, for one car. Note: pets are only accepted by prior agreement and must either be kept off the furniture or you need to bring covers to protect seating. They must not be allowed in the bedroom! Other things to note The apartment is on the ground floor with another holiday apartment above. We ask guests to be quiet during evenings and early morning hours so you do not disturb other guests or upset the peaceful neighbourhood. The only loud sounds are the occasional tractor as this is the countryside! The use of the jacuzzi and pool is included in the rental price when the facilities are open.
