Casa Serena

This charming and recently renovated venetian apartment is situated in the residential area of San Polo. During the winter there is an ice rink with stands selling mulled wine and food in the main square just 2 mins away from the house. In the summer you can sit in the outside cafes and enjoy the sun. It is near the San Silvestro, San Stae and San Toma boat stops. It is only a 7 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, a 15 min walk to Piazza San Marco and a 12 min walk to the train station! The space The guests are welcomed to use the kitchen, bathroom and living room that has a table, a TV and a sofa. I do have two little dogs so the guests have to be pet friendly! Guest access The guest will have access to the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room as well as the laundry room During your stay Communication is key! I always answer Whatsapp! Other things to note There will be a 4€ fee per person for tax reasons.
