This one bedroom apartment are located in the famous place of Montenegro - Sv. Stefan, surrounded by mountains and the sea. Distance to the see and beach is 30 meters. You can hear the sound of the waves. There is a wild or equipped beach of your choice. Also nearby are huge beautiful park, Milocer beach, king’s and queen's beaches. The neighborhood has infrastructure: shops, restaurants, bus stop The space The apartment has queen-size bed, a living-room with a full kitchen and a foldable sofa bed, a bathroom and a big terrace. It has air conditioning. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need for a short or long stay. ❗️There are a lot of stairs in the village of Sveti Stefan and the house is at the bottom of a long staircase with about 120 steps. You will need to walk down the stairs to the building and to walk up the stairs to the car parking or bus stop. Other things to note You can enjoy wine on your terrace right after your arrival. All Montenegrin visitors are subject to a daily tourist tax that has to be paid 24 hours upon the arrival. The price of the tax is 1 EUR per day per person during the summer season. Children under 12 are not subject to tourist tax, and children from 12 to 18 pay half of it. 5. The hot water is powered by the boiler, it must always be on. 6.
