Nice house with sauna and fireplace

"Le chat à 3 pattes" in Prénovel is an old farmhouse dating back to 1784. The renovated house has a nice plot with an outdoor sauna. On the ground floor are the entrance, kitchen, bathroom and toilet as well as a "preau". Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and an attic living room. In the heart of the lake region, at the foot of the cross-country ski slopes... In the village: swimming pool, tennis courts, electric bike rental. The space The place is all yours. There are stairs (without a ramp) and the bedrooms are upstairs. The sauna (4/6 seats) is at your disposal, the first session is included in the price, the following are charged €10. The house must be returned clean, if you wish, you can choose the cleaning package which will cost you an additional €90. A deposit check of €500 is required upon arrival. During school holidays the house is only rented by the week. Guest access The entrance is at the back of the house at the park level, you have a parking lot with 2 spaces. Other things to note Equipment in the cottage: *kitchen: Senseo coffee maker + filter coffee maker, raclette grill, fondue, croque-monsieur... *basic household products: garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, floor cleaner... *basic products: salt, pepper, tea, coffee...
