The space *Pet friendly location although an additional cleaning fee ( $25.00 per dog with a maximum of two dogs unless you get pre-approval) will be applied, Please note that the pet cleaning fee is intended for extra time cleaning and getting excess hair and pet dander from the house to keep the house suitable for people with allergies. Please pick up after your dog, the cleaning fee doesn't include picking up dog feces. * RV portion of the garage is not available and all boat parking should take place on street or in the driveway. *****Newly installed electric pool heater and solar allows for free pool heating when the ambient air temperature is greater than 85 degrees. ( less than 85 degrees means pool wont warm very well)*** *****Pool is able to be heated during non summer months but it has additional cost because the solar heater wont heat the pool and Gas heater will need to be used. ***************Pets aren't permitted during the summer months unless you get pre approval. Unfortunately during busy months both tanks might be empty during your stay. I allow guests to use my tank as a core as long as they leave me with the tank (so I still have two). Other things to note This house is a SMOKE FREE, Drug Free, and Party Free house, please do not smoke on the property ( include vaping). Our house often has kids so please adhere to our house rules and help keep it safe for everyone. ****Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons**** We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do no obey the house rules. ( mid-stay eviction) Please keep in mind we have neighbors and Lake Havasu City has a city ordnance that states quite time from 10pm-7am 7 days a week. Air conditioning is adjustable from 70-76 degrees. $150 cleaning fee is allocated for bed linens, towels, and windows. Please clean up after yourself to avoid extra cleaning costs.
