Guest suite in Grampound Road

The Store is a converted barn in Grampound Road, a village lying amidst the rolling Cornish countryside. Centrally located in Cornwall, so an ideal holiday destination. Your totally self-contained ground floor accommodation includes a reception room where you are welcome to leave coats, boots and outdoor gear. The entrance to your accommodation leads off the reception to a kitchenette/utility room and through to a large hallway leading to private bedrooms, shower room and living/dining room. The space The Store is a converted barn in the middle of Grampound Road, a village lying amidst the rolling Cornish countryside. It is centrally located in Cornwall making it an ideal holiday destination with the North and South coasts both within easy reach. Set aside, is an expansive area of downstairs, with a large hallway, living room, shower room, twin bedroom and double bedroom. The walls are full of various artworks that we have either collected or produced over the years. The kitchenette / utility room has a small sink and fridge filled with breakfast goodies, microwave, toaster oven and washing machine. The toaster and kettle are in the dining room for you to enjoy a self-service breakfast of toast, croissants, juice, tea or coffee to start your day. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the downstairs residential area of The Store. When you arrive, Simon or I can give you a quick tour of the property and be happy to answer any questions you may have and provide you with a key to your side door entrance but if for any reason we are not available, there is a key safe where you can access the keys yourself. The toaster and kettle are in the dining room for you to enjoy a self-service breakfast at your leisure. Simon and I live in the upstairs section of the house and have a separate entrance door so your accommodation is totally private. We are a vegan / vegetarian household so we would be grateful if you avoid heating up any meat products in the house. I usually provide granola, croissants, bread, juice, butter, milk and homemade jam for your breakfast. If you are vegan or have any preferences, just let me know and I will stock your fridge to suit! There is a well-stocked Londis shop (7am - 9 pm most days)and post office across the road and a bus stop opposite the house with a regular service to Cornwall's capital city of Truro, which is just eight miles away. Grampound Road Cricket Club welcomes non-members with a licensed bar. Both Grampound and Probus are a short 5 minute drive away and have pubs and take-aways. A digital TV with Amazon Prime and BBC I player is provided in the living room along with wifi access. The private driveway at the front of the property has room for one car.
