The Store is a converted barn in Grampound Road, a village lying amidst the rolling Cornish countryside. Centrally located in Cornwall, so an ideal holiday destination. The ground floor accommodation has a reception room with a door leading to a small wash room, kitchenette/utility room and large hallway leading to private bedrooms, shower room and living/dining room. The space The Store is a converted barn in the middle of Grampound Road, a village lying amidst the rolling Cornish countryside. It is centrally located in Cornwall making it an ideal holiday destination with the North and South coasts both within easy reach. Set aside, is an expansive area of downstairs, with a large hallway, living room, shower room, twin bedroom and double bedroom. The walls are full of various artworks that we have either collected or produced over the years. The kitchenette / utility room has a small sink and fridge filled with breakfast goodies, microwave, toaster oven and washing machine. The toaster and kettle are in the dining room for you to enjoy a self-service breakfast of toast, croissants, juice, tea or coffee to start your day. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the downstairs residential area of The Store. When you arrive, Simon or I can give you a quick tour of the property and be happy to answer any questions you may have. You will be given a key to your side door entrance. Other things to note Set aside, just for guests, is an expansive area of downstairs, with a large hallway, living room, large shower room, twin bedroom and double bedroom. The toaster and kettle are in the dining room for you to enjoy a self-service breakfast at your leisure. We are a vegan / vegetarian household so we would be grateful if you avoid heating up any meat products in the house. I usually provide granola, croissants, bread, juice butter, milk and homemade jam for your breakfast. If you are vegan or have any preferences, just let me know and I will stock your fridge to suit! We live in the upstairs section of the house but to maintain your privacy I will only come downstairs at your request, for cleaning etc. There is a well-stocked Londis shop (7am - 9 pm most days)and post office across the road and a bus stop opposite the house with a regular service to Cornwall's capital city of Truro, which is just eight miles away. Grampound Road Cricket Club welcomes non-members with a licensed bar. Both Grampound and Probus are a short 5 minute drive away and have pubs and take-aways. There is a digital TV with Amazon Prime and BBC Iplayer provided
