The space The building is a pre-war, non-renovated, funky, imperfect space and you will be sharing the apartment with other airbnb guests. I am on site and always reachable but a very hands off host. This room has a white noise machine but New York City is loud and we are located on a lively intersection so please keep that in mind. I would say this place is best for independent, savvy travelers who want a real Brooklyn experience and all the grit and charm that comes with that.
